PERL School also designs and organises language courses for groups, as long as they include a minimum of 10 students aged 14 years old or more; groups have to travel with at least one bilingual teacher.

We will communicate with the group leaders and we will design together a different curriculum for each group course. We will make sure that the course responds to the group�s specific needs and goals. Could you please let us know the following details:

  • Number of students (Pax) and their ages
  • Number of group leaders (TL)
  • Number of class hours: minimum 10 hours
  • Subjects to be studied or main goals (culture, language, history, etc.)
  • Students level
  • Accommodation, with indication of sex of each member of the group to enable us to assign the rooms.
  • Number of planned excursions
  • Transfers to and from the airports

For groups including students aged under 18, we will require a parental consent form. Additionally, these students will have to be accommodated in pairs, with families and on a half-board basis.

Please note that Paris is the most popular tourist destination, so you must:

Allow sufficient time to prepare your group trip Pay 60% of the total invoice (including accommodation and administrative fees) two months prior to arrival Pay the full invoice before the arrival of the group.

Please find below our cancellation policy: for cancellations made:

  • 6 weeks before arrival, we will offer a refund less €320.00 per person cancellation fee.
  • 4 weeks before arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount charged per person.
  • 2 weeks before arrival, we will refund 30% of the amount charged per person.
  • We will not offer any refund if you cancel later!!!

If your visa application has been declined, PERL School will not charge any cancellation fee, except for registration (€) and accommodation (€) fees . This will only be possible if you can provide the original document from the French Embassy.
